On Monday, November 30th, Golden Globe Award winner Jenna Elfman and her two sons took part in the Official Tree Lighting Ceremony, a tradition held annually at LEGOLAND California Resort. Every year, the ceremony kicks off the holiday season for the Resort, which includes Holiday Snow Days and Winter Nights.
This was the thirteenth year of the Official Tree Lighting Ceremony. Past celebrity participants include Tony Hawk, Thomas Gibson, Elizabeth Banks & Sarah Michelle Gellar.
This year, Jenna Elfman, known for her role in "Dharma & Greg," took the stage to light the tree.
On behalf of Jenna Elfman, LEGOLAND California presented a check to Youth for Human Rights International for 10,000 dollars. The nonprofit organization has been committed to helping educate youth on their own human rights to help them become strong advocates of peace.
