Color Run San Diego

By D.Z.
On November 3, over 28 thousand people were able to run around and get very colorful at Qualcom Stadium in San Diego. That means the Color Run came to San Diego. The Color Run is 3.1 miles, and every half mile, you get sprayed by color! Lots of fun. This was not my first time doing the Color Run. I was able to do the one in Orange County. You can check out my review on the Color Run from back in April. The Color Run in San Diego was very different in many ways. Here are some highlights including some new additions.

The starting line looked the same. Be sure to get in line early.

The DJ got the party started as he passed out prizes

One of the prizes he gave out included a beach ball.
One of the coolest additions was a Runicorn, who helped you get pumped up before the run.

The yellow section.

The pink section.

The Color Car!
At the end of the 5k, you can celebrate by dancing, singing and having a great time.

Along with that, every 15 minutes, you get to throw a bag of color in the air with a bunch of others.
Here is what it looks like outside of it.
