Starting in April, you will be able to purchase a limited time Cars Land cone hat. The hats have the Cozy Cone Motel signature with a sign at the bottom saying "No Vacancy". You can purchase these hats at Sarge's Surplus Hut. This is all apart of the 2013 'Limited Time Magic'!
